These terms govern your purchase and use of products on skills.covecraftstudios.com, operated by Cove Technologies Private Limited ("Cove Craft Studios", "we", "us"). By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
We sell curated kits of "skills" for the Claude Code assistant — folders of instructions and supporting files, delivered as downloadable files with setup guides. The individual skills are created by third parties and provided under their own open-source licences; full credits and licences are included with every download (see the CREDITS and LICENSES files in your kit). Your purchase pays for our curation, documentation, packaging and delivery. You receive the right to use the included skills under each skill's own licence.
Products are delivered digitally, by email, to the address you provide at checkout, immediately after successful payment. It is your responsibility to enter a correct, working email address.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card or banking details. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

The kits are licensed for your own and your team's use. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly repackage the kits as your own product. You agree to comply with the licence terms of each included third-party skill.
The products are provided "as is". AI tools produce variable results; we make no guarantee that any skill will produce a particular outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
