Because they are delivered immediately and cannot be returned or recalled once downloaded, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase is complete. Please choose the skills or packs you want before you pay.
If you completed payment but did not receive your download link — or a link doesn't work — that is our responsibility and we will fix it. Email skills@covecraftstudios.com from the address you used at checkout (or with your payment reference) and we will re-send your download promptly. This is delivery support, not a refund.
If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, contact us with your payment details and we will verify and reverse the duplicate charge.
